Composite Industry trade Mission to China

INFORMATION
Brisk Events successfully organized a Pultrusion Industry Fact-Finding Excursion to China in September 2004. Brisk Events now plans a new formal International Trade Mission to China in September 2008 to visit the China Composite EXPO in Shanghai and a three day Excursion to visit 10 Chinese Composite product manufacturers.
The dates for the China Composite Exhibition are 17-18-19 Sept 2008.

This time the focus is not just on pultrusion, but we shall look at other automated composite processing technologies, such as continuous laminating, filament winding and closed molding. The companies to be visited are interested to make commercial contacts with companies from overseas to discuss options for production licensing for the local Chinese market or export.

This activity is organized in close cooperation with JDR China (Jinling-DSM Resins Co.)

PROPOSED PROGRAM
Sept. 14 - fly in of delegates, welcome reception, accommodation. Hotel Shanghai.
Sept. 15 - bus tour to Nantong, visit 3 facilities, accommodation. Hotel Nantong.
Sept. 16 - bus tour to Nanjing, visit 4 facilities, accommodation, Hotel Nanjing.
Sept. 17 - bus tour, visit 3 facilities, return hotel Shanghai.
Sept. 18 - visit to China Composites EXPO.
Sept. 19 - Visit China Composites - Optional fly out.
Sept. 20 - Fly out.

EXCURSION COST FOR TRADE MISSION DELEGATES:
- Return air tickets to Shanghai and local transport (taxi)
- Hotel accommodation(s) during time in China
- Bus travel
- Dinners during travel
