Participation Fee, per person for 2 days, Euro 980,- incl. 19% VAT

This fee is for participation to the conference that is set per person for 2 days, access to all presentations, conference proceedings, inclusive catering (cocktail) drinks, 2 lunches, Bus Excursion and Rotterdam Port Dinner Cruise.
(Non-Netherlands companies can reclaim VAT, forms are availiable on request)

After receipt of your registration form you will receive a letter of confirmation and invoice.

Payment must be received before conference date. Replacement of delegate is possible at any time. In the event of cancellation there will be a charge of 50% if less than 21 days before the conference and a full fee less than 7 days before.
