REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE
You can pre-register for the conference by filling out the submission form.
COSTS FOR PARTICIPATION
The costs for participation to the conference are set per person for two days, inclusive
drinks, lunches, dinner, documentation, excl. BTW/VAT.
Delegates pay the conference fee of 1500 Swiss Francs.
CONFERENCE DINNERS
The conference delegates have the possibility to join two different conference dinners:
GET TO KNOW EACHOTHER DINNER CRUISE (OPTIONAL)
On the arrival night of December 4th, delegates and speakers are invited to participate in
an optional Get to Know Eachother Dinner Cruise on the river Rhine.
The extra costs for the dinner cruise are CHF 95,- p.p. and include the cruise ticket, a
3-course Surprise Dinner, free drinks and on board entertainment.
The dinner cruise ship departure will be 19.30h from Basel Schifflände. Arrival will be at
approximately 22.30h.
Please note that this dinner cruise requires separate registration through the registration
form in the conference brochure.
CONFERENCE DINNER
On the evening of the first conference day, December 5th, there is the possibility for delegates to join the Conference Dinner in Hotel Krafft am Rhein. This hotel has a restaurant that overlooks the river Rhine.
The conference dinner includes a 3-course dinner and free drinks. The costs for this conference dinner are included in the conference fee.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Delegates will have to arrange for hotel accommodation themselves at their own costs. A list of hotels in the surroundings of the convention center will be send to you after registration.
